Heritage Rental Properties

We enjoy showing our properties to people who appreciate old fashioned craftsmanship and elegant 19th century design; or who just enjoy local history. Some are small and humble and some are rather grand.  All of them date from at least the turn of the 20th Century.

1.   Our latest addition was originally the home and shop of an Edwardian dress maker.  It is located at 146 3rd Street, Troy NY

3.  This humble property, Cottage at 819 Corey St. was the first home we ever owned.  It is actually two houses that were combined when the canal in Maumee, OH was filled to create the Anthony Wayne Trail.  I still think it's charming

4.  This house has three units but we only have a website for the second floor.  235 4th Street is what Little Italy, Troy NY can look like when property owners really want to rent to tenants they can respect.

5.  148 2nd Street is our home and the flagship of our of our collection of historic properties.
